I also take zoloft 50mg a day(taken for 12+yrs, well before I was diagnosised with IC) My doc just put me on elavil 25mg. I'm just now see that it's not recommended to be on elavil with either of these drugs. The drugs.com site rated elavil and tramadol as a major interaction risk. Doc suggested adding elavil.

Plus I'm not sure how much liquid they plan on. Being catheterized doesn't bother me, but the electro pads near my anus, and the cath in my rectum bother me as I have just gotten over diverticulitis.

I cant figure out if the directions say with or without food. And 5 capsules. I was planning to try Metamucil caps for trying to lower my cholesterol naturally along with more stringent dieting.
