I broke my hand yesterday and cant get the doctors to prescribe me a decent painkiller… Tramadol is a strong painkiller. actually, tramadol is the best i could get out of the doctors here in thailand. it may just be me but if i didnt know any better i would think they had givin me a placebo. i really cant l.

Yes,, most apotiks will supply what you ask for without a prescription.
They don't however seem to have any pain killers that contain codeine.
