You can take paracetamol with the naproxen, but you can't take the ibuprofen with the naproxen. Ibuprofen and naproxen are NSAID's (non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs). Naproxen is a 12 hour medicine so taking acetaminophen in between doses of naproxen can help the pain until your next dose of naproxen. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is ok to take with NSAID's. These medicines should never be taken together.
